The Association of Women Travel Executives is inviting nominations from the travel industry to honour those whose have made a significant contribution over the last 12 months.

The winners will be announced at the AWTE annual Christmas lunch on 30 November at 8 Northumberland, London.

Chair Lindsay Garvey Jones said, “The last 12 months have really been amazing although so much has been asked from everyone in travel as the industry bounces back to pre-pandemic levels, without the same level of resources.

“The resilience of this incredible industry and its people is truly phenomenal. With so many people going above and beyond in the last 12 months, and this is an ideal opportunity to recognise those efforts.”

New for this year is a Mentor of the Year Award to recognise those who have supported others in the industry, sponsored by travel accountants Ellman Wall.

Travel industry employees can nominate themselves, a colleague or someone they admire as well, as companies they believe supports women with their careers in the industry.
