A new luxury franchise company will launch next month, targeting experienced travel homeworkers who have been forced to leave the industry because of the pandemic.

Travelosophers is an independent company aligned to Cyplon Holidays, and will be spearheaded by Stephanie Robins, who will work as Head of Sales Development for the franchise alongside her existing role as Cyplon Holidays Head of National Sales.

Ms Robins has recruited well-known industry name Nisha Bean as Business Development Manager.

She said the business, which is part of the Advantage Travel Group, will be ’boutique in nature, focusing on quality rather than quantity’.

It aims to target experienced individuals, particularly those who have been forced to leave the industry, and to offer them the opportunity to return with their own luxury travel franchise with no joining fee.

Ms Robins said: “The pandemic has been an incredibly tough period for so many good travel people and agencies. I am so passionate about the trade and so when an opportunity arose to help support some talented travel professionals who have lost their jobs it was just too good to refuse.
