Simpson Travel has expanded its trade team and appointed a new Customer Service Manager.

As part of the company’s increased focused on trade activity, Dan Conitzer will start the role of Trade Executive on 1 August, reporting to Head of Trade Sales Hannah Naylor-Vane. 

Dan has been with Simpson Travel since early 2020, working in pre-departure, the loyalty team and customer service. 

Simpson Travel has also appointed a new Customer Service Manager, Richard Latham.

Richard joins from his role as Customer Service Manager at Emirates and prior to that Silversea Cruises, where he worked for five years before the pandemic.
