Vietnamese airline Bamboo Airways has launched its first UK flight from Heathrow.

The airline will operate a twice weekly service, starting today (Wednesday 23 March) directly into Hanoi, with one-way flights from £321.

The airline is news to the UK market and plans to offer UK passengers an affordable option to fly in comfort.

This is the first foray into the UK market by the airline, which is already established in Asia.

Bamboo Airways has set a target to run 40 international flights this year.
