Mauritius has extended its ban on international flights until 30 June due to COVID.

The majority of flights to the Indian Ocean island have been suspended since 6 March. Some are still operating, but not direct from the UK.

Tourist hotels on the island remain closed, according to the Foreign Office, which is advising against all non-essential travel to Mauritius.

Social distancing and wearing of face masks in public remains mandatory and beaches are closed.

Restaurants are open for take-away and delivery only.
