Audley Travel has launched its first loyalty scheme for high-performing agents, with benefits including hundreds of pounds in marketing spend.

Called the A-List, the scheme is a two-tier reward system, which includes incentives such as invitations on reward trips, marketing support and the ability to put the agency’s logo onto client documentation.

Agencies that confirm three or more bookings between 1 June this year and 31 March 2023, or who secure bookings that total £50,000 or more, will join the A-List as Preferred agents.

Agents who confirm six or more bookings within the timescale, or secure £100,000 of business, will be granted Elite status.

Preferred status gives agents access to quarterly incentives, priority services, the addition of the agency’s logo onto client documentation (quotes and final itineraries) as well as £250 marketing spend.

Agencies achieving Elite status will receive enhanced marketing spend of £500, dinner for the sales team and personalised, co-branded marketing materials in addition to the benefits enjoyed by the Preferred agencies.

There’s also an invitation to join Audley’s first overseas trip run exclusively for agents.

Elite agents will receive an automatic invitation, and Preferred status agents will be able to join if places are available.

The trip will take place in 2023 to an as-yet undisclosed destination.
