Visitors to the Maldives no longer need to take a COVID test, regardless of their vaccination status.

The Foreign Office has updated its travel advice to say that entry requirements for all travellers are the same.

The only requirement for both fully vaccinated and non-vaccinated arrivals is a Traveller Health Declaration form.

This must be completed 48 hours before departure to and return from the Maldives.

The destination lifted the PCR requirement for vaccinated arrivals last week, but those who hadn’t had both doses still needed a COVID test until the latest update.
