Unforgettable Travel Group is to give all its staff an annual £1k personal travel allowance.

The annual Personal Enrichment Credit can be used towards personal travel for themselves and their families.

Other benefits include annual leave on birthdays, two paid days off per year for volunteering on a local community project, and private health assessments.

The company also contributes £100 for a spa treatment of choice with a paid day’s leave annually, and staff who successfully participate in the company’s eight-week ‘Healthy Office Challenge’ will receive a further two days off and £100 reward.

In addition, employees who pass five years of service will be offered a £2,000 cash bonus or a 30-day paid sabbatical.

The company currently employs 32.
