Louise Tansey is to join the Vertical Travel Group as Trade Sales Manager with responsibility for Amathus Holidays, Instant Breaks and Bedbank.

From 4 October, she will become the main point of contact for these three brands for Vertical’s homeworkers as well as for consortium members.

Louise is well-known within the travel industry, having previously spent 13 years with Bourne Leisure’s travel trade sales team, most recently as national trade sales manager. However, Bourne decided last year to stop selling its brands Haven, Warner Leisure Hotels and Butlin’s through travel agents.

Vertical CEO Peter Healey said: “The next year or two are going to be critical for the industry and Vertical Travel Group’s travel businesses. Louise has much to offer and a lot to do. I have no doubt she will be a great asset.”
