Jet2holidays is shaving £60 off and throwing in a £10 agent incentive on summer 2024 holidays booked by the end of January.

Jet2 said the incentives are ‘perfectly timed for pay day’, and the operator is expecting sales through travel agents to be busy this weekend, after many people received their first pay packet since before Christmas.

The new £60 offer, which runs for a limited period – until 23.59 on Wednesday 31 January – can be applied to holidays taken between 1 April and 31 October 2024 and is on top of the existing £60 per person discount for summer ’24.

It means couples can save £180, solo travellers can save £120 and a family of four can save £300 on summer 2024 holidays booked through independent agents.

The offer excludes Jet2’s Free Child Place holidays.

For each summer 2024 booking made until the end of January, agents will get £10.

Jet2holidays Director of Travel Agent Relationships Alan Cross said: “We are expecting another rush of demand as January pay packets hit, and in line with our partnership approach we are using every opportunity to exploit that to drive customers to book via an independent travel agent.

“We are delighted to be announcing this brand-new incentive to directly support our travel agent partners during a peak booking period.

“There is a huge amount of demand for our award-winning package holidays, and this is another clear demonstration of us investing in our Partners2Success strategy to help our independent travel agency partners succeed and grow.”

CEO Steve Heapy said: “People are busy planning and booking their summer holidays, so there is no better time to give them even better value.

“Although the summer feels a long way off, it will be here in no time, so we urge customers to visit their local independent travel agent and get booking before the best deals, hotels and rooms are gone.”
