Jet2holidays has been ranked as one of the best companies in the UK for customer service.
The tour operator came in sixth place in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), achieving a score of 84.2, making it the only company in the tourism sector to appear in the top 10.
In the overall rankings Jet2holidays came in behind Ocado, First Direct bank, John Lewis, Nationwide and Tesco Mobile. It took joint sixth spot with Costco.
Airline Jet2.com just missed out on the top 10, taking the number 11 spot with a score of 83.5.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) is a national barometer of customer satisfaction, which looks at metrics such as employee professionalism, product/service quality, ease of dealing with an organisation, ethical behaviour, and complaint handling.
