Jet2holidays has launched a new competition for independent agents, with prizes ranging from free radio advertising and agency websites to an office refit.

The competition also aims to give agents the tools to use e-shots to communicate with their customers, grow brand awareness, capture data and showcase their offering.

Running from 16 August to 12 September, agents need to sign up traderelations@jet2holidays.com to their database to be in with a chance of winning one of six prizes.

They can then learn about the importance of e-shots as an effective marketing tool through an e-shot booklet, which Jet2holidays has created specifically for them. 

The booklet includes detailed advice and guidance on how agents can use e-shots to reach more customers.

Jet2 said the booklet will help agents become experts in areas such as growing a database, creating QR codes, creating inspiring content, adding sign-up forms to social media and building an e-shot, as well as many more tips.

Agents can then send e-shots to their customers using Jet2holidays’ content, which will be provided weekly via emails and uploaded via the tour operator’s media library.

Each e-shot that an agent sends will be one entry into a prize draw, meaning the more e-shots sent the greater the chance of them winning one of the prizes.

The six competition prizes that winning agents can choose from include a radio advert, shop signage, agency website, paid social media campaign, outdoor advertising or a Jet2holidays office refit.

With two prizes up for grabs each week, there will be eight winners in total.

This latest competition follows other joint activities Jet2holidays has run with agents on social media including #BoostMySocial, Celebrity Come Book with Me and its virtual Partners2Success programme.
