Home » Jet2 targets Turkey bargain hunters and Jet2Holidays will ramp up capacity to Turkey in the first half of 2023 in a bid to woo holidaymakers attracted by the country’s lower prices.

Extra flights to Antalya and Dalaman will be added between March and June from seven UK airports – Belfast International, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and London Stansted.

The move will bring an additional 25,000 seats to the market and mean the airline and operator will operate up to 186 weekly flights to Turkey in the summer.

Featured in the new-look schedule are:

  • Belfast International – additional Monday services to Antalya between 27 March and 24 April
  • Birmingham – additional Wednesday services to Antalya from 29 March to 26 April
  • Edinburgh – additional Tuesday services to Antalya from Edinburgh from 28 March to 25 April
  • Glasgow – additional Monday services to Antalya from 27 March to 24 April and extra Tuesday services to Dalaman from 4 April 4 to 25 April, plus additional Wednesday services to Dalaman between 24 May and 14 June
  • Leeds Bradford – additional Monday services to Antalya from 10 April to 24 April, with extra Wednesday services from 5 May to 24 May. Dalaman gets extra Tuesday services between 16 May and 23 May
  • London Stansted – additional Thursday services to Antalya from 6 April to 18 May and extra Dalaman services between 2 May 2 and 23 May
  • Manchester – additional Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday services to Antalya from 31 March to 24 May, meaning nine weekly services in April, 11 in early May and 13 by late May

Chief Executive Steve Heapy said: “As the UK’s leading airline and tour operator to Turkey, we are experiencing strong demand from customers looking to enjoy some early Turkish sun and take advantage of the fantastic value the destination offers. As always, we have been quick to respond by adding extra capacity to Antalya and Dalaman from seven of our UK bases.

“This expansion further strengthens our commitment to the destination and comes as a result of us working with our industry and hotel partners in Turkey.”
