Jet2 been named Travel Brand of the Year at the Which? Travel Awards for the second year running.
The brand was recognised for ‘offering consistently excellent holidays’.
The Which? Awards take into consideration feedback from thousands of Which? members and customers throughout the year and Jet2 received ‘an impressive’ 86% satisfaction score for its package holidays.
The company was praised for it customer service, quality, and value for money at a central London awards ceremony yesterday.
It’s the third time in six years that Jet2 has won the title of Travel Brand of the Year.
Which? also commended Jet2holidays for the way it has grown to become the UK’s largest tour operator while continuing to maintain customer service stating: “It is possible to be successful, without compromising on customer service.”
This latest recognition follows on from Jet2.com, Jet2holidays (Beach and Resort Holiday) and Jet2CityBreaks receiving Which? Recommended Provider status earlier this year.
