Jet2 is warning clients departing from Edinburgh Airport this week to leave more time for their journey.

It said that traffic and congestion around the area of the Royal Highland Centre is expected to be ‘heavier than normal’ due to the Royal Highland Show taking place from 20-23 June.

“Please allow extra time for your journey to Edinburgh Airport and make sure your contact details are up to date in Manage My Booking,” said Jet2 in an online post.
