Jet2holidays has launched a flash sale on bookings made through independent agents, following the Prime Minister’s announcement that travel test rules will be relaxed.

The operator is giving £50 per person off all package holidays booked by 18 January.

Clients can book any holiday up to summer 2023, but must do so through an independent agent to qualify for the discount.

CEO Steve Heapy said: “Holidays are very much back on for UK holidaymakers. Customers are jumping at the chance to book the holidays they have been looking forward to and we want to put our independent travel agency partners at the heart of this bounce back, which is why we are launching this promotion.

“We have put an enormous amount of effort into delivering our Partnership to Success strategy to working with independent travel agents over the past couple of years.

That includes ‘Travel Made Simple’, our latest campaign designed to tap into the customer demand for knowledge and expertise when booking a holiday and the fact that independent travel agents are perfectly positioned to provide that.
