Jet2.com has added more ski flights for winter 2021-22 in response to demand for Grenoble, Geneva, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Chambery.

The airline says demand has been high since it put its winter 2021-22 flight programme to the Alps last month.

Additional flights have been added from Birmingham, Manchester and Stansted for the February 2022 half term, while the ski season has also been expanded from all three airports, plus Bristol.

The enhanced programme is:

Birmingham: More flights have been added for February half term to Grenoble, Geneva and Salzburg, while an extra service to Geneva and Innsbruck has been added for December.

Manchester: Six extra flights to Grenoble for February half term; an extra Sunday service to Innsbruck from 27 March to 10 April and extra December services to Chambery and Geneva.

Stansted: More Feb half-term flights to Grenoble, Geneva and Salzburg; additional December services to Geneva.

Bristol: Earlier start to ski season, with Chambery now starting on 14 December.

In total, Jet2.com is operating seven ski destinations: Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Turin, Barcelona (for Andorra) and Chambery for the 2021-22 winter season, which also includes flights from Belfast, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford and Newcastle.

CEO Steve Heapy said: “With many missing out on a trip to Europe’s best ski resorts last year, we expected the return of our ski programme would be a huge hit and we have no doubt these new flights will be just as popular.”
