ITT’s Future You initiative to inspire young people to join the travel, tourism and hospitality industries has appointed Whitbread’s Commercial Lead Louie Davis as an Industry Ambassador.

He joins other ambassadors Olly Nicholls of Attraction World, Jenny Kovacs, Queen of Being Seen, Donna Allcock of Tourism Ireland, Lee Ainsworth of Advantge Travel Partnerships, Jamie-Le Abtar of The Travel Market, Ben Rogers of Hope Street Hotel and Michael Long of Expedia Group.

He said: “As an ITT Future You Ambassador, I’ll strive to showcase our industry as a great place to work.

“An industry that is engaging and fulfilling, where people from all backgrounds can learn, grow and achieve their career ambitions.”

Future You Co-founder Claire Steiner said: “Louie has been an enthusiastic supporter of Future You and invested his time to speak at student events, support graduates and help embed the hospitality sector in the various initiatives that we’ve been running throughout the pandemic.

“It’s been a difficult time for the industry and showcasing success stories like Louie helps to inspire the next generation of travel industry professionals.”
