An investigation is underway after a two planes clipped wings while taxiing at London Heathrow.
Emergency services rushed to the scene yesterday evening, causing passenger alarm, but there were no reported injuries.
The incident, which happened at around 8pm yesterday, involved an Icelandair Boeing 757 and a Korean Air Boeing 777.
A Heathrow spokesperson said this morning that the accident didn’t have any ‘significant’ impact on arrivals and departures yesterday. “The airport continues to operate normally now,” they added.
They said an investigation with appropriate authorities is now underway.
