InteleTravel says increased confidence among its homeworkers has resulted in a 58% rise in sales over the past year.

The company, which has 14,000 homeworkers in the UK and 500 in Ireland, has also seen average booking values rise by 14% to £1,500 during the year to May 2023.

UK and Ireland Managing Director Tricia Handley-Hughes (pictured) said the US-based company’s training programme has given homeworkers the confidence to upsell to their clients.

“Word is spreading amongst the supplier community that our agents are selling on par or above their average industry sales,” she added.

Tricia added InteleTravel is revamping its induction training so that new agents could better understand ‘a complicated regulatory environment and sell with confidence’.
