The Hays Travel Foundation has donated over £1 million in grants to help young people across the UK.

All the donations made by the foundation, launched in 2015, have gone to registered charities that support young people in sports, art, education and health.

The money has come primarily from Hays Travel, with a small contribution from donations.

In addition to the Hays Travel Foundation, every Hays branch across the country takes part in a Local Community Partnership scheme, which provides them with £300 each every year to use in fundraising efforts.

The Foundation supports the Local Community Partnership scheme by matching any funds raised that are to be donated to registered charities.

Hays Travel Head of Sales Operations & Community Initiatives Toni Gibson said funding from the Foundation was temporarily placed on hold during the pandemic, but she added: “I am delighted that we were able to relaunch The Hays Travel Foundation in May 2022 and am thrilled to have reached such an incredible milestone already.”
