Hays Travel Tour Operator (HTOL) has appointed Ross Fagan to the new role of Trade Engagement Partner.

He has previously spent five years working in HTOL’s calls virtual contact centre.

In his new position, Ross will raise HTOL’s visibility and engagement with agents across Hays Travel’s divisions, including retail branches, franchises, personal travel consultants, calls centre and Hays Independence Group, as well as building brand awareness.
