Travellers to Bali no longer need to have proof of a negative COVID test since Indonesia relaxed its entry rules yesterday.

In an update to its health protocol regulations, the Indonesia Embassy said travellers will no longer have to take a pre-departure PCR test.

However, adults must show proof they’ve had at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine or have a COVID recovery certificate. Under 18s are exempt.

All arrivals must also download a Peduli Protect application and have proof they have travel insurance with COVID cover.

Temperature checks are taking place on arrival.

The UK Foreign Office has yet to update its advice for Bali, but further information from the Indonesian Embassy is available here.
