German hotelier Seaside Collection has expanded its new Riverside Luxury Cruises fleet with the acquisition of four more Crystal Cruises’ ships.

It has acquired MS Bach, MS Ravel, MS Mahler and MS Debussy.

Riverside Luxury Cruises will launch cruises on the Danube in April, with Riverside Mozart, also previously acquired from Crystal.

Riverside Ravel will include sailings on both the Rhône & Saône, Riverside Debussy will sail along the Rhine. Itineraries for Riverside Bach and Riverside Mahler, which will launch in 2024, will be announced later this year.

“We are thrilled by the expansion of our fleet to include these storied vessels,” said Gregor Gerlach, founder of Riverside Luxury Cruises. “This acquisition allows us to expand our itinerary offerings, showcasing a level of space, personalised service and elegance not found with any other river cruise line.”
