Royal Caribbean International has appointed Gerard Nolan as Vice President, Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Gerard’s appointment follows the news that Senior Vice President EMEA Ben Bouldin will be relocating to Shanghai in August to take on the role of Royal Caribbean International China President.

Gerard has worked at Royal Caribbean Group within the Celebrity Cruises brand since 2016, in several senior management roles.

Most recently, he was Associate Vice President Commercial at Celebrity Cruises, overseeing EMEA and providing strategic support for the Australia and Asia Pacific regions.

Gerard said: “I really can’t wait to start my new role at such an exciting time for Royal Caribbean. I’m looking forward to leading my talented new team and supporting our fantastic travel partners as we continue to drive the brand’s success across the EMEA region.”
