New homeworking company Travel Solutions Network (TSN) has signed two new board members.

Richard Carrick and Will Waggott, who also become shareholders in the company, previously worked alongside TSN Chairman Steve Endacott at Airtours.

Mr Endacott said: “Having grown up with Will and Richard during our formative years as supposedly bright young things during heydays of Airtours, we have great respect for each other’s complimentary skills sets and I believe that TSN will massively benefit from having such industry experts as part of the team driving the growth of TSN’s homeworking network.”

Mr Waggott, who also previously worked as Group Finance Director for TUI, will head up acquisitions and mergers.

Mr Carrick, former CEO of MyTravel, is currently a non-executive director for a range of travel and non-travel business and will focus on shaping the marketing templates and distribution routes that TSN homeworkers can use to create both local and national networks of customers.
