Flight Centre Travel Group has agreed to buy tailormade specialist Scott Dunn for £121 million.

Scott Dunn was founded in 1986 as an upmarket ski operator and has since expanded into luxury tailormade holidays worldwide.

Its purchase will now act as an ‘entry point into the UK and US luxury market to complement the existing global leisure offering in a segment where Flight Centre is underrepresented,’ Flight Centre said in a statement.

The deal is expected to be completed by the end of February.
