EasyJet holidays is to offer its first-ever beach holidays from Southampton following the launch of flights to Alicante on 31 March and a weekly service to Faro in the Algarve on 6 June.
The new routes are among 12 new services to be launched by easyJet from eight UK airports for next summer.
Flights to Alicante will also be available from Belfast for the first time, from 2 May, and easyJet will relaunch its Alicante service from Newcastle on 2 April.
Flights from Southampton will operate on Sundays, while there will be two flights a week from both Belfast and Newcastle.
EasyJet will also restart twice-weekly flights from Luton to Reus in Spain, as well as adding a twice-weekly service to the city from Manchester, both starting on 2 April.
The airline is also launching year-round flights to Enfidha in north-eastern Tunisia from Liverpool, Glasgow and Belfast for the first time.
Liverpool flights will launch on 1 April and operate twice a week, flights from Belfast International will start on 20 April and operate twice a week, and a twice-weekly Glasgow service will start on 2 May.
Also launching next summer is a twice-a-week service from Bristol to Malta, from 3 April, and a new twice-a-week service from Glasgow to Larnaca in Cyprus, from 4 May.
