EasyJet is reporting Tenerife is its most popular winter-sun destination this Christmas, with Paris its top city break.
The airline is set to carry more than 720,000 UK passengers during the festive season while, across Europe, 542 flights will take off on Christmas Day, making it easyJet’s busiest so far.
More than two million passengers are set to travel across the peak Christmas and New Year period, while the busiest day of the season will be 22 December, with 1,650 flights carrying over a quarter of a million passengers.
Geneva is the top ski destination, while Belfast is the most popular UK domestic destination.
EasyJet is also operating its biggest ever schedule from the UK to festive favourite Lapland this year, with services up to six times a week taking off from London Gatwick, London Luton, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh.
