EasyJet has expanded its Twilight Bag Drop service to another UK airport and launched a raft of new customer service measures for the summer season.
From today (1 August), the twilight drop is available to customers at Glasgow Airport, in addition to the four airports already offering the service: Gatwick, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh.
Passengers departing on flights departing before 8.30am, can drop their bags off between 4pm and 9pm the day before.
The airline has also put in place a range of initiatives including a family hotline for families with children under 12, a new WhatsApp channel and extended customer service opening hours, offering live help from 6am to 11pm every day.
UK Country Manager Ali Gayward said: “We are ensuring our customers have the support they need when they travel with us this summer, for a quicker and easier journey.”
