EasyJet holidays said the travel trade has been ‘a hugely important contributor’ to its growth over the past two years as it named its new Head of Distribution.

Kelly Walker will join the tour operator on 12 September from villa specialist Oliver’s Travels, where she is Trade and Partnerships Manager.

Kelly as also previously worked for James Villas.

She will lead the in-house distribution team at easyJet holidays, which sells through more than 3,000 agents.

Head of Partnerships Roy Stratford said: “There is no doubt that the travel trade has been a hugely important contributor to our growth over the past two years.

“So, I’m delighted to confirm that Kelly Walker is joining us as our new Head of Distribution, to help drive forward our successful trade partnership.”

EasyJet holidays added that it is continuing to support agents with the extension of its ONEADULT promo code for another year, a training roadshow across the UK, and more FAM trips in planning.
