John Bevan has been promoted to Senior Vice President at Dnata Travel Group.

Mr Bevan, currently CEO of Dnata Travel Europe, will relocate to Dubai and assume responsibility for all of Dnata’s global travel brands across leisure, travel trade, travel technology, corporate travel and destination management sectors including BD4 Travel, EmQuest, the ground agents Destination Asia and Arabian Adventures, Yalago and Dnata Travel.

He starts the new role on 1 June. He will report to Steve Allen, Dnata’s Executive Vice President.

The search for his replacement, to directly oversee Dnata Travel Group’s UK brands, is already underway.

Mr Bevan said: “I’m looking forward to the new challenges ahead, and working with all of our brands to drive synergies and the highest levels of service and product for our customers all over the world.”
