Cunard’s seven-strong sales team will visit 70 travel agency branches during CLIA Cruise Week from 16 September.
The luxury cruise line said it is aiming to reach 250 agents in the nationwide sales blitz, which will also include visits to three travel agency head offices – Fred Olsen Travel in Ipswich and Panache and Travel Village, both in Chorley.
The sales team, joined by head office staff, will be armed with updates and information, agent collateral, and Shine reward points to give away.
They will also share details of Cunard’s new Pay As You Earn concept on Shine Rewards Club, which allows agents to continuously pay loyalty points towards their own Cunard cruise. Benefits include being able to book any voyage currently on sale; being able to book multiple voyages; and being able to earn more shine points via a personal booking.
