Crystal has boosted its trade support in the UK and Europe with three newly created roles.

The cruise line has appointed Ryan Bishop (pictured, left) to the UK sales team as Regional Sales Manager South.

He has a decade of luxury cruising experience, most recently as a Cruise Director for Seabourn and Viking. Ryan will report into Crystal Senior Sales Manager UK & Ireland Stephen Joyner.

Michael Steffl (pictured, right) has joined as Director of Sales EMEA. He previously spent 20 years with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.

Ana Torres (pictured, centre) has been recruited as Inside Sales Executive UK & EMEA, becoming the third members of the London-based Inside Sales team.

Senior Vice President Trade Sales Matias Lira said: “In June we announced our plan to expand our sales presence within the UK & EMEA.
