Celebrity Cruises is taking gratuities out of its All Included price package next month.

From 4 October, the popular package will include two elements: basic wi-fi and the Classic drinks package.

In addition to the removal of gratuities, onboard credit is also being removed for guests booking The Retreat.

According to Travel Market Report, the onboard credit offer ranged from $200 to $400 per person.

In a statement to Travel Gossip, Celebrity said: “We have recently adapted our All Included package offerings to add enhanced flexibility and choice, while still including our most preferred amenities – Classic Drinks and Basic Wi-Fi.

“This change, starting 4 October 2023, aligns to the evolving needs of our guests, as it allows guests the flexibility to express personal appreciation to our amazing crew members by providing tips any way they choose.

“New reservations in The Retreat will enjoy Premium Drinks, Premium Wi-fi, and Retreat amenity access for all guests in the stateroom as a part of their elevated Suite experience.”
