Celebrity Cruises is to host 600 UK travel agents on board Apex next year before the Edge series ship moves to Southampton in 2024.

The cruise line announced yesterday that Apex will replace Celebrity Silhouette to homeport in the UK for its entire 2024 season.

Celebrity said UK agents will be offered ship visits and invited to its Seminars at Sea.

Additionally, they will be supported through a suite of training and marketing tools via Celebrity Central including a dedicated training webinar, ‘Be the first to book’ banners for to use on their own websites, fact sheets, talking points, website banners, itinerary flyers, and ready-to-use print adverts.

There will also be new training modules available soon on Celebrity Passport, plus agents can earn up to £20 per booking on all 2024 Apex bookings via Celebrity Rewards.

The cruise line said it has announced its UK deployment two weeks in advance of the launch date to allow agents to re-register interest from guests to be the first to book Apex 2024 cruises.
