Fully vaccinated visitors to Canada will not need a pre-entry test under a relaxation of rules coming into force from next month.

Visitors may still be selected for random tests on arrival but are not required to quarantine, the tourist board DestinationCanada has confirmed.

Non-vaccinated travellers will still need to take an on-arrival test and a Day 8 test and must quarantine for 14 days.

All travellers still need to submit information via the ArriveCAN travel tool.

Cruise ship passengers still need an antigen test 24 hours before boarding but will no longer need to be tested on disembarkation.
