The Business Travel Association (BTA) and its newest partner, JetBlue Airways, are working together to highlight the importance of worldwide corporate travel.

JetBlue, which plans to launch transatlantic flights from New York and Boston to London, has become BTA’s latest industry partner in a collaboration that will ‘raise awareness of the importance of business travel across the globe, whilst increasing air travel flexibility for business travellers’.

The two organisations will work in unison throughout 2021 to enhance JetBlue’s UK presence amongst the business travel sector and TMC community, as well as supporting global awareness for business travel in light of COVID-19.

BTA CEO Clive Wratten said: “Our collaboration will provide a global platform to support TMCs, business travellers and our industry as a whole following such a tough year. We are delighted to kick-start our relationship, as we look forward to business travellers returning to the skies once more.”

“We are excited about the global opportunities our new alliance with JetBlue will bring to the business travel community.”

JetBlue General Manager, Europe Maja Gedosev promised JetBlue would ‘bring a fresh choice for the business travel community’.

“We believe our customers shouldn’t have to compromise between a great experience and a low fare.

“JetBlue’s take on transatlantic travel will bring a whole new level of service and comfort to business travellers crossing the pond.”
