Two British tourists have been arrested after they allegedly got into a row with a security guard at the BH Mallorca Hotel in Magaluf.

Police were called to another unnamed hotel by reception staff at around 5am last Friday (28 April) after two guests reported being injured.

They told officers they had had an altercation with a security guard at the BH Mallorca Hotel after he had prevented them from entering, Majorca Daily Bulletin reports.

They had reportedly tried to enter the hotel with two women they had just met.

Staff at BH Mallorca Hotel told police that they’d informed the men, both in their mid-20s, that they couldn’t go the women’s rooms.

The security guard is understood to have fractured his arm after falling down some stairs during a confrontation.

Police subsequently returned to the men’s hotel and arrested them. One of the alleged attackers reportedly suffered a cut to his eyebrow.

Travel Gossip has contacted BH Mallorca Hotel for comment.
