A British teenager suffered serious head injuries after he was involved in a fight following a party boat excursion in Greece.

The 19-year-old cracked his head after he was allegedly pushed to the ground by two fellow British tourists.

His two alleged attackers have been arrested by the Greek coastguard, according to Mail Online

The victim was taken to Zakynthos General Hospital where he is in the intensive care unit.

Doctors are hoping to transfer the teenager to a hospital in mainland Greece for further medical care, once his condition is stabilised.
