Cheshire-based boutique agency Optimum Experience Luxury Travel has appointed Sheila Manzano as Head of Marketing and Partnerships to kick-start a two-year growth plan.

Sheila, who has worked in sales and marketing for agencies and tour operations as well as in-house and agency PR, will develop the brand’s visibility and oversee B2B relations and collaborations.

The Three Little Birds PR founder has already built brand profiles for companies including Railbookers and Great Rail Journeys, worked with tour operators such as Mercury Holidays, and scaled up niche outfits like Classic Battlefield Tours.

She said Optimum Experience Luxury is planning a ‘dynamic rebrand’ in 2024.

Director of the team of personal travel concierges Kirsty Ralphson added: We have established Optimum Experience as a specialist in the luxury travel space. Sheila’s skills and experience will enhance our company profile. This is a very exciting phase for the business.
