Baldwins Travel has launched a franchise operation, which will accept new as well as experienced agents.

The Travel Specialist will offer two packages, one for agents with at least two years’ experience and another for new-to-travel members.

However, a statement on its new website, thetravelspecialist.co.uk, says to be accepted, potential members must ‘understand and recognise that this is a full-time commitment’.

Monthly fees for both packages are £99 plus VAT, and experienced agents will receive up to 80% of commission earned.

Baldwins is a member of Advantage Travel and has 11 branches, its most recent acquisition being Westerham Travel in Kent.
