Cruise and tours specialist APT has appointed a Business Development Manager specifically to support homeworkers for the first time.

Becky Baumbach, who has been a BDM with APT and Travelmarvel for four years, covering the southwest region, will take on the new role on 1 December.

The operator said Becky will develop  sales, relationships and opportunities in partnership with homeworking agents.

“APT recognises that homeworking is a pivotal and thriving part of the industry,” it said.

Becky will also lead a training programme and create customer and engagement events to help enhance sales conversions for agents.

Reporting into APT & Travelmarvel’s Head of Sales & Business Development Brad Bennetts, Becky will engage the relevant head offices and support them with marketing and sales campaigns.

APT is now actively recruiting for a new Business Development Manager to cover the UK’s southwestern region, previously covered by Becky. Interested applicants should contact [email protected]
