Flights to France this month are 144% higher than January last year but still way below those of 2020, new data has shown.
Aviation analytics firm Cirium said scheduled airfares have shot up from a year ago but remain 66% cheaper than pre-COVID levels.
The data emerged as France prepares to relax its travel restrictions for Brits.
Cirium said 2,179 flights are scheduled between the two nations this month, totally 367,164 seats.
In January 2021 only 894 flights were scheduled, and 6,364 in January 2020.
