Travel agents are being offered a new range of luxury properties to sell in the US following a deal between trade-only villa specialist ONEE Luxury Travel and home rental business InvitedHome.
The partnership, announced just a day after the US revealed plans to end its UK travel ban, will provide retailers with direct access to around 50 properties, primarily in Colorado and Utah.
ONEE Luxury Travel Product and Partnership Director Iain Raeper said private accommodation has become ever-more popular in the COVID era.
“In these challenging times, access to luxurious properties, which offer the privacy and away-from-it-all comfort that clients are looking for, is more important than ever,” he said.
“These properties from InvitedHome are absolutely top notch – and offer the chance for clients to enjoy some of the most exclusive rental properties in this part of America.
“With the great news about travel to the US, this will open up a fantastic opportunity for agents for high-end ski lodges in Colorado, with a whole host of commissionable extras such as guided mountain experiences, skiing, chefs and snowboarding.’
InvitedHome Chief Executive James Smith said: “ONEE makes it easy to work with experienced travel advisors. We’re seeing a growing trend with our top tier guests as more and more look to a travel advisor to facilitate their holidays. This is how the niche luxury travel industry works.”
Properties include La Montana near Vail, pictured above, which has a waterfall-backed heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and sleeps up to 13. Prices start from US$1,200 to US$8,160 per night.
The new properties will sit alongside ONEE’s existing selection of villas in Europe, UK, Americas and Caribbean, UAE, South Africa, South Pacific.
Properties in the Indian Ocean, Asia and Australasia are also set to be added.
