Advantage has announced its Latitude cruise conference will be held this year onboard Ambassador Cruise Line’s Ambience.

The conference will take place from 24-27 October in Amstedam with an itinerary that includes business sessions, a panel of experts, and suppliers from across the cruise industry.

One of the key focus areas for the conference will be how delegates can encourage new cruisers, to drive further growth within the sector.

At last year’s Latitude conference, Advantage said it was aiming to double the number of members in its free-to-join Latitude community to 600 by the end of 2024, and Chief Commercial Officer Kelly Cookes told Travel Gossip it had already reached 450 by the end of April.

Kelly said: “Our members are really engaging with the cruise industry and the community is all about education, opportunities and growth for them.”

She added by the end of 2024 Latitude members will have secured 300 places on cruise ship visits or fam trips.

Registration for the Latitude conference is open now, with rates of £75 per person sharing and £150 for single occupancy in a cabin.
