A-ROSA River Cruises has removed the need for guests to provide proof of vaccination, recovery or a certified negative test result before embarking its ships, as European entry regulations relax further.

The move marks the next major step for A-ROSA in relaxing the health and hygiene protocols across its fleet, following the removal of the mask mandate and need for rapid anti-gen testing at the beginning of the cruise in mid-May.

The only exception will be for those guests sailing on A-ROSA ALVA on the Douro in Portugal.

Due to the regional regulations still in place, guests over the age of 12 continue to require proof of complete vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 in order to join the cruise. In addition, the requirement to wear face masks and rapid anti-gen testing prior to boarding remains in place.
