River cruise operator A-ROSA has added over 120 new shore excursions for this summer, giving it a total of more than 500.

It has added a new ‘Exclusive Tours’ category offering over 90 individual or private excursions, which include a personal chauffeur or tour guide.

These include activities such as stand-up paddleboarding in front of the chalk cliffs at Etretat in Normandy or windsurfing on the Ijseelmeer in Holland, a private gourmet cooking class on the Rhone, and a private wine-tasting at the Haxel Winery in Cochem. 

There are also personalised tours of historic cities, such as Salzburg, Amsterdam and Paris.

A-ROSA has also expanded its five existing tour category – Bike, Discovery, Adventure, Family and Gourmet.
