My go-to destination is… Cala San Vicent, Mallorca, happy family memories, I always aim to swim bay to bay the day I arrive.

The three things I’d take to a desert island are…a good epic book (or maybe one on how to survive a desert island), an umbrella for sun or rain protection and a mattress (which could be used as a raft if inflatable).

The most famous person I’ve met was… Taylor Swift, I’m a huge fan (through my eldest daughter Ellie). She was lovely and commented she liked my jacket – I’ll take that : ) As soon as Shake it Off is played I’m on that dancefloor.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a travel journalist or a travel agent. I managed the one and my eldest daughter is now a journalist.

I’ll never go back to… Darwin in Australia, it was too humid with too many mozzies for my liking.
