The much-anticipated Art of Banksy finally opens in London’s Covent Garden on Thursday, as one of the capital’s first new exhibitions post-lockdown.
With more than 100 works from the famous yet unknown artist on display, it’s bound to be popular, but the good news is that your clients spending a staycation in London should still be able to get tickets, especially for mid-week entry.
The show has already toured the world, but on display in the Covent Garden exhibition is the rarely seen Brace Yourself featuring a dodgem riding Grim Reaper, which is at the heart of the show.
Iconic favourites, such as Girl with a Balloon and Rude Copper also feature.
Travel Gossip was invited to a preview of the show, which is held in an air-conditioned underground studio. New COVID-secure health protocols are in place, including temperature checks on arrival, hand-sanitisers and a one-way system.
